Message	. One little dent DOES NOT mean that the exhaust is used at all. It just means that it has a dent. Thousands of new products are damaged through shipping each day nation wide. You just happen to be one of those people that unfortunately received your exhaust with a dent. Accusing someone of something based on your assumption and fueled by your anger is retarded, especially when there is no evidence to back your claim. Was there at all any soot in the exhaust before you installed it? I bet there wasn't . Not sure if it qualifies in this situation, but a LOT of items that Coz sells are sent from a totally different location and is never physically processed or handled by CZP. For instance, I purchased Z1 turbos through CZP but the turbos were never at CZP's facility. They were directly shipped from Z1 to my house. Perhaps these Exhaust components were never handled or shipped through CZP. If they were sent directly through CZP and the dent was there prior to shipping, perhaps it was unnoticed. . First rule of receiving any new part that is not to your liking, DO NOT INSTALL IT!! Leave it in the box, take all the pictures you want, let the company know what the deal is in a mature manner without pointing fingers, and Coz would be happy to assist you. But cursing them out and accusing someone of some ridiculous claim will usually result in you stewing in your miserable pit of anger while the accused ignores you until you prove you can be civil. . Let me ask you this. Is there any way, ANY way that you may have dented the exhaust by mistake and didn't notice? . IMO, the dent isn't that bad, but you should have to deal with it on the basis that you made the mistake of installing it and driving your car. Once that is done, the product is yours whether you like it or not. Fact of life.
